In the Annaflora Gallery you may find "single pieces" and a variety of articles and decorations. A description follows the images and sometimes the price can change in conformity to the ordered quantity. In such section you will find instructions to:

Placing order: for each articles, you will find a picture, a brief description and, obviously, the selling price (tax included). In the section "Contact Annaflora" you may fill a form with your name, address, e-mail, article code and requested quantity. If you would like a different decoration from the one showed, you may choose it in the "Personalize your gift" section and write the reference code in the form. If you wish a decoration of yours, please send the drawing or the images as enclosure by e-mail or by post.
It is possible that a selected item may be no more available. In this case Annaflora will suspend your order and call you to offer an alteratively solution.

Delivery times and shipment: the Annaflora works are all hand-painted consequently the delivery times change according to the hours required by the work. Delivery terms change according to the article and the quantity ordered. Delivery costs vary on the weight of the shipment, the destination country and the preferred shipping mode (by normal or special post, by air, express courier, etc.). As a consequence they will be calculated at the receipt of your request and Annaflora will inform you accordingly.
After you will be in the position to confirm the order and accepting the Annaflora conditions.

Custom regulations: we totally comply with customs regulation. Any applicable import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country must be paid by you.

Payment conditions: Annaflora presently accept payment in Euro by:
- swift bank transfer
- postal order
- irrevocable letter of credit
Payment will be agreed with you in accordance with quantity ordered, delivery terms and order value time by time. |
Guaranty: if, for any reason, you are unsatisfied of your purchases, you will allowed to return it, within 10 working days of receiving the pieces, and to get a total refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
The pieces have to be returned "free of charge" in their original condition and packaging, with enclosed all the original shipping documents, that you have received with the pieces, by express courier agreed with Annaflora.
If you decide to return your purchase, please contact immediately Annaflora by mail or e-mail (info@annaflora.com) providing a statement explaining the reason to return the article.
Annaflora will provide you a RAC (Return Autorization Code) that has to be marked on the package.
